When planning their dream residence, constructing designer Lauren Patista-Trickey of Part Studio and her husband, builder Jonathon Patista had all of the instruments to create a home with all of the bells and whistles. As an alternative, they opted for simplicity.
‘Simplicity in each format and development,’ explains Lauren. ‘We needed to maintain issues aligned and simplified from a flooring plan perspective to minimise wasted supplies and pointless labour.’
